i have a feeling he would be my favorite admiral because right now none of the admirals are high on my fav character list
i had this theory before i think he has lizard lizard zoan df model: godzilla and his powers are related to radiation
radiation color is always green the admirals always had catastrophic devil fruits shockwaves meteors light explosions volcanic power and the power to freeze the ocean so radiation is up there with them
the plant powers is also nice but i don’t know how that will work in battle maybe like hashirama from naruto?
as for the time fruit i find it not good and can’t be used for. fighting
i wonder who’s going to be his enemy in the final war

About his powers : the guy seems really big and I think he will be physically powerful so a mythic Zoan why not, but he has to be highly destructive. About plant I don't know, not absurdly powerful enough : you have magma, light, Ice, and Gravity so all incredible force of nature even if plants can be really powerful if Oda wants it to be I think it lacks a huge and global extinction effect.
(And Kizaru is awesome)
