I was thinking Akainu because he kinda fits for Surtr.

I was too he fits very well thematically, but it would be weird for him to go down before any of the admirals just plot wise so unless oda has Kizaru Ryo and Fuji all get taken down this arc as well I can’t see Sakazuki coming yet unfortunately.

He and the Marines might show up at the very end and fight Loki or Dragon while the SH's escape, fucking up Elbaf in the process.

Aramaki...outside of maybe Freyr he doesn't fit any gods.

Kizaru feels way more like Sun Wukong to me than Baldr but multiple inspirations are possible so eh. Plus VP's gotta be alive for some reason ig.

To me it’s not about the Norse gods, it’s about it Vegapunk.

Kizarus mission was killing Punk and despite thinking he succeeded he actually failed.

The sad thing is that they are both among the coolest in pure creative potential.

They're both very interesting in terms of idealogy and powerset.

Oda also went out of his way to make them ugly as hell too. Young BM was peak and so would Ryo if he looked like the actor he was based on.

For BM, classic Japanese author making women ugly as they aged older. It is what it is.

For Ryo, I think his design is consistent with the actor that he's based on. Could be wrong though.

But yea, BM's potential was wasted. Her DF is actually broken and up there among one of the strongest Paramecia there is.
