That's the premise of the fight.

We know from Sanji's fight with Queen that the heat of his flame depends on the strength of his haki. As long as Sanji's haki can withstand it, he can keep raising the heat.

We saw that GB is fire resistant but not fire proof. Raizo's flame technique had 0 effect, while Momo's boro breath broke his defenses handily.

So Sanji will start out the fight unable to hurt him, but he will then slowly (or quickly) be able to get the upper hand by heating himself up beyond his limits.

Greenbulls vines can't even penetrate sanjis skin. If he uses hell memories then the vines burn before getting close.

I have always said that Green Bull seems narratively designed to fight Sanji:
-He doesn’t eat
-He likes hot women
-He’s like a more monstrous Zoro parallel (Green themed, swordsman, likes booze)

Kizaru also seems like a future Zoro opponent imo, for the same reasons Green Bull seems written to fight Sanji.

So this could be the moment where Zoro and sanji end their childish rivalry, by defeating narrative parallels of each other.

Movies are supervised by oda and Fuji is the only one facing Zoro. In canon material sabo doesn’t have more build with Fuji at all, they clashed once indivually, while Zoro clashed with Fuji twice individually, and showed interest in him not kizaru.
