I've toyed with Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho and Shaman King but I don't think its any of those? Not JJK either I'm assuming?

Its not Jojos I'm guessing either since that had a sort of martial art system at first at least, its a combat focused series and the Stands are like ghosts and some actual ghosts appear too?

I'm lost on this one haha, I don't know a huge amount of series either.

It is either Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, or Shaman King. Also I am old so that might help.
