I think all four reached almost their prime, BM only getting 300mio would make sense, I believe she had already the controll over totland and she stayed there for long time, getting 300mio during that timespan make sense.
Same for Kaido, he got 1.6B+ with is also impressive.
Im pretty sure these above had high bounties when they took the new world.
Oden probably had also something around 2.5B-3B.

This has always bothered me a little. Luffy got a 1.5B bounty in only 2 years, which makes the other Yonko's bounties look low in comparison. They've been active for more than 20 years... does that mean that their bounties have been completely stable for decades? Or have they gone up very very slowly (especially compared to the rookies)?

I think they kinda leveled pretty sure in the last 10yrs non of the great pirates have had any meaningful raises outside of Shanks.
Shanks went from a rookie 20yrs ago and took around 14yrs to fully be recognized as a truly great pirate in the same standing as the Rocks monsters.

Luffy did what other Yonko's have never done. Luffy didn mroe damage to the World Government pre time skip in the first 3 months of his journey than even Rock D Xebec did. Luffy caused the warlord system to be abolished. He beat 2 Warlords pre timeskip and attack all 3 world governements strongholds, and beat CP9 as well.

these yonkou active but they almost never encountered each other let alone beating each other lmao
