and if mihawk is nerona (imu's son?) why he would be god knight commander and not gorosei commander?

Because 1. Mihawk being a Nerona doesn’t mean he’s directly related to Imu, it just means they’re from the same family line fool and 2. because the Gorosei are merely the face of Imu, once he’s forced to come out he doesn’t need Gorosei you understand?
