Why do you assume that you have to 100% make this play if your teammate is outside the POE?
Who cares whether your teammate is in the POE or not as long as you are outside and keep pushing for it and for certain names within it then you reaching f3 is guaranteed
the problem I'm having is a lack of evaluation or deeper thinking about the obvious logic behind the setup not that your teammate may or may not be in POE if you were scum it wouldn't matter either way especially as someone with most power right now

There's a POE of 4 people you made, it doesn't matter if your teammate is in it or not. Assuming they are, remember, you only need 3 MLs to win. That is to say, as long as a POE of 4 people exists you automatically win and if you successfully bus then it's even better for your position while you are killing PRs in the meanwhile
