Oda will probably upscale him now…but it just goes to show how terribly he’s treated the giants when the supposed 3rd strongest (excluding Loki) was one-shot by Luffy in Dressrosa.

It’s wild to think, but Luffy could apparently wipe out most of Elbaf’s warriors in Dressrosa.
