This led me to believe she was either a royal married to him or a foreign agent to seduce him and caused Harald's downfall by stripping away his Elbaf's warrior spirit out and persuaded him to make the country become part of the WG. Ultimately, leading him into a trap when he visited Marijoa.

It looks like Harald was mocking them because they think of themselves as gods but couldn't stop him from trampling over the place? That was 109 years ago where it was probably the norm for CD to live around freely until the God Valley incident.
