Luffy has been on track since WCl to master each Colors of Haki.. He learned..

- Future Sight

Against Katakuri he went through hell to Master CoO..


He had a training camp for the second act of Wano to Master CoA..

- lnternal Destruction

Ryou and Kaido hitting him helped Luffy get a clue about CoC resulting in..

- CoC Coating

Luffy hasn’t Mastered CoC yet but is on his way to, when he will meet Shanks..

Oda has recently revealed that Shanks has the other remaining CoC for mastering the Conqueror color..

Now why Luffy need to Master all 3 types of Haki when someone like Shanks has probably also mastered
the 3 colors too..

Well there’s one thing that Shanks most certainly doesn’t have but that Roger did..
And that’s the Voice of all things.. An ultra rare ability to sense everything that is constituted of matter..



You can apply mastered CoC to level up that ability and reach a whole new level of power..
Mastering CoC will allow to obtain a better grasp on sensing minute voices of things and interacting
with it.. An example would be when Roger created a storm that let him escape Shiki’s fleet in the past?..


Chinjao said that the Pirate King is to stand at the top of all the Conquerors on the seas, all of them..

Unlike Shanks, Mihawk has not mastered all 3 colors of Haki, especially CoC.. For CoC’s main power is overwhelming others
with your spirit and not overwhelming others with your Blade..



Sword Grandmasters search to infuse Haki in their blades, not outside.. CoC coating is not
infusing CoC in a Sword, it’s creating an invisible armor around your fist per Luffy or an invisible blob around a weapon
per Kaido, not in it.. lt does not get infused, which will require something else an application similar to CoA internal destruction
Haki, to get CoC in the blade.. CoC doesn’t flow like CoA, it manifests itself outside of your body just as base CoC
shockwave is an external projection of the user’s spirit..

We dont know if the Black Blade requires CoC, CoA or even both of them.

Second you contradict yourself because you said "Shanks mastered all 3 types of Haki", even by your logic that black blades=CoA then Shanks hasnt mastered this one.

In the end its just another headcanon hypothesis of yours, and you make it sound like its a fact.

Nah it's unlikely. Through the pace of the story and currently being in the final saga it's obvious that the advanced forms (ryuo, seeing the future, coc coating) are their peak. It wouldn't serve a purpose anyways as if you have three advanced forms you can see to the future and predict, then coat your weapon of choice with adv coc which can damage anyone big time and finally with adv coa you can inflict that damage without exaclty touching that person thus the complete defensive and offensive is at your hands.
Also the reason they have the wording "color" in their names suggests that the human body acts as an optical prism towards one's ambition rendering multiple colors towards different usages. It connects more towards ambition than mind so awakening is not likely.
