Although this sounds pretty controversial, it is kinda true. Things would've been a lot more... simpler.

And lot more unpredictable. The tier system would not exist imo

Oda has to increase the power level of opponents for Luffy (entertainment purposes) while actually making mere Rubber overcome such powers, sooo... not much in hands...
