Powers & Abilities Haki Swordsmanship is Weight..

#22
When did Zoro first use Haki?.. Alabasta?.. No..
When did Zoro first use a Flying Slash?.. Skypiea?.. No..

He first used those in Arlong Park..

And Zoro referenced CoA by telling Hacchi that his Blades were '' Heavier '' than him..
Obviously as Hacchi pointed out, his Blades were physically way more heavy than Zoro's so
there's a deeper meaning here..

Yet Zoro proceeds to cut them all up..

Then in Thriller Bark when Zoro acquires the new Legendary Blade Shusui..
He speaks again of the weight of a Blade, saying that Shusui is heavier than
Yubashiri..

Zoro decides to test Shusui with a Santoryuu technique.. And the result is that
Shusui's air slash is bigger than Sandai and Wado's even though the attack was meant
for all the 3 slashes to be equal with the 108 Pound move.. Shusui's air slash ended up swallowing the other 2
as Zoro mentioned..

What happened there, is Zoro used his first '' Haki '' Flying Slash in the series.. And what's worst is that
he did it without him wanting to.. Shusui and Great Grade Blades default special power is to apply Haki
to Flying Slashes.. It can't be done without a Famed Blade of a certain quality..

Overall, it's extremely Hard to imbue Haki in a Flying attack..

Shusui and Enma have one thing in common.. They cut more than they are asked to..

The thing is Zoro never really mastered Shusui like he did with Enma because he needed
CoC for using the full power potential of a Black Blade..

Now he mastered Enma by unleashing his CoC.. And i won't go into the AdCoC non sense crap, it's a waste of time..

Mastering Enma give a whole new range of Haki Armament Manipulation..

Such as..

- Extending other Blades Haki Flow

- Haki Powered base Flying Slash
- Haki Conversion to Strenght

- Haki KoH Powered - Haki Slash to Haki Flying Slash
- Haki KoH conversion to Haki + Strenght

(Enma's Soul is the Green Smoke..)
- Enma Soul KoH powered - Black Haki Flying Slash
- Soul KoH conversion to Haki Hardening

- Enma Soul KoH powered - Short Teleportation Leap
- Soul KoH conversion to Soul Wado Ichimonji Power

Zoro did a Iai teleportation with Wado Ichimonji accidently while performing Dragon Damnation.. But this
specific part is highly speculative..

Anyway Mastered Enma offer greater '' Weight '' as whole, enhanced CoA manipulation and techniques across the board..

The Core notion of this thread is Zoro's first Haki Flying Slash was done with Shusui and inadvertently due to special
power Swords..

And Coating a Flying Slash with Haki is extremely hard..
I use to think that Yamato did here, but it's a plain Hakiless flying Slash.. She had to gather Great amount of Haki
to send a Normal Flying Slash..

Blud admited zoro has acoc with that roger panel

Same as Enma cutting more than it needs too.. That's what Shusui did to a lesser degree..
but you said he threw the slash against his will, which means shusui took possession of his body and made him throw it, or am i making too much sense?

So Shusui only has haki in its flying slashes? It can’t produce haki in its regular slashes

Man it must be tiresome for you to headcanon so many things
i feel bad because it takes 1 sec to notice the giant holes in his stupid ass theories and they always make him look so damn stupid

It's connected to the Heavyness of the Blade with what i brought up with Hacchi too..

Shusui's flying slash swallowed the other 2, do you realise that.. When Zoro just spoke prior to that of Shusui's Weight..

I’m asking why doesn’t Shusui’a regular slashes have haki… makes no sense that Shusui can produce haki for flying slashes but not regular slashes right?

@Rootbeer san what did Zoro mean when he called Yubashiri 'light'? Clearly he doesn't mean it's weight, cause when he called Shusui heavy he wasn't talking literally but obviously meant haki

I speculate it was some sort of early CoC/bougyo? It also reminds me of foxfire style

Thoughts?
Good point.. Cause when a fine Blade is mastered, it's supposed to be light to your command.. That's why
Zoro asked himself if Oden was wielding Enma as Light as a Feather even with huge amount of Haki being pulled..

Ultimately Yubashiri is pretty irrelevant, it didn't have any power to it.. Or Oda wouldn't have it destroyed from a random Marine
with Rust powers..

It does because the amount of intent(will) communicated through the Blade for a Flying Slash and a normal Slash is nowhere
near the same.. Especially a normal Slash like when Zoro cut Monet where there was Zero intent of cutting(wounding) behind it..
