Why does it have to be their job? All of them can fight and try to get stronger. Everyone in a pirate crew can fight and will fight when there is a confrontation. The “job“ never excluded anybody from throwing hands…

What do you mean? Alot of no name fodder have haki, while our main characters don’t. Especially since the SHC is so small, the standard has to be much higher than the normal crew. Take away Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Jimbe, and the crew gets soloed by fucking Smoker - Yonkou crew btw…

So what? Not every straw hat gets a fight every single arc. That doesn’t mean they aren‘t fighters…
Based on your logic only Zoro is allowed to fight, because it’s his job…
Ofc it’s not a requirement to have Haki to be a strong fighter, but it for sure would be fucking useful to have. And like i said previously smoker could solo the whole Yonkou crew if only the 4 guys with Haki would be missing, which is embarrassing.

Idk why this is such a issue, half the beast pirates, big mom pirates, wb pirates, etc didnt showcase any haki, its not something that everyone needs to qualify as a yonko crew, Jack didn’t show any haki as a commander

Haki isn’t what we thought it was honestly….. You can be as strong as a Yonko Commander without being proficient in Haki.
