Never read Baki, but Kingpin is an anomaly in Marvel simply because he doesn't have exacly "superpowers" but has a ridiculous superhuman strength, he comfortably matched Spider-man

Ooh, super matchup!

As JA pointed out, Kingpin has matched Spidey on occasion....that said Spidey tends to hold back a lot. And when he doesn't....

Overall I'm gonna say Hanayama takes it. I feel like his sheer durability and bullheadedness would prevent him from going down, plus he was able to make Yujiro bleed and briefly grapple Pickle who regularly took on supersize dinosaurs.

KP is a comics character so he is hard to judge anyways but overall just not remembering anything he did that makes me feel that he'd beat Hanayama.
