On the timeline, Harald died one year before Shanks stole the Nika fruit from Who’s Who

a question, Why did Loki run away from Elbaf after killing Harald? Like why didn’t Loki just take over the country?

maybe it’s because Loki didn’t have the fruit, he left to go look for the Sun God fruit. And after 7 years he heard that the last person to see the sun god fruit was Shanks, after he stole it, so Loki went looking for Shanks to get his fruit back.

similarly Hajrudin’s story in Dressrosa was that he wanted a strong fruit so he went out into the world looking a fruit… Very likely this was Loki’s deal too, he needed the sun god fruit to lay claim to Elbaf so went out looking for it after it got lost (or stolen) when Harald died

Or Loki left Elbaph to go after his Father Harald who became a Pirate, and everything those Giants were fed was just Lies,
You just said it, Loki had all the time to become a Pirate but only decided to do so after his Father's "Death" that is only witnessed by a Single Giant

Harald left Elbaph, Loki went after him, as simple as that

They have commented on it… they say Luffy looks SIMILAR to the sun god

remember that the sun god fruit is basically the power of imagination

so, what if the other users of the sun god fruit IMAGINE they look differently and so they do

It’s very possible to use Luffy’s fruit in a COMPLETELY different way than Luffy uses it himself to the point that it doesn’t even look like the same fruit

No way.

Its powers of imagination only manifest on awakening, the rubbery body is simply an attribute of Nika as pointed out by Kuma.

It's also why the WG hide its existence behind its "gomu gomu" name, because it looks like a rubber fruit pre-awakening.

And Luffy manifesting rubber powers can't be mental suggestion from the name or explanation because he had no idea what he had just eaten when he did. Additionally, thinking back on that scene, Shanks described Gomu Gomu's powers immediatelly after Luffy stretched his arm, meaning that's fully how the WG documented it and how the gomu gomu always manifests.
