but also it appears as if Luka's messages are less restricted since they were able to send messages to Crabbe and Hermione instead of just Ron and Hermione like HP

second, that's a gamble. you'd have to have a level of confidence and smugness as scum to assume a no lynch can be pulled off effectively to save both luka and i. low chance of success there
