FWIW, my read on Ratchet was largely based point number 2 so ye, even if number 1 is mitigated its still going to be considered valid fmpov. This is one of the few times though where I'm presented with like, an irrefutably good accusation (ignore how I called Kweh's bad earlier) but I'm still town - in that, I understand how it came to fruition

For the 2nd one I addressed your accusation in my sod reads list - it's still a bad accusation (I dont go out of my to case Polar for largely no reason, unless I'm wolf ironically enough)

From what we can see and guess it's Voldermorts Death Eaters as the Mafia team, an SK possibly, and I dont see Rita or Dolores being scum like that, as while they were antagonists to Harry, they weren't Death Eaters. Just a shitty Journalist, and Magic Margaret Thatcher, not the Magic Nazis. And what would those two characters do as Indies? What would even be their win con?
