no what i mean was

do you know if the previous phase had votes stacked on sera before he activated the ability
and if pot voted him prior?

what im trying to do is determine whether it was the mechanical amiguities with pot (the latter above) or whether it was self-pres (the former if votes stacked on him)

What does the timing of when I'm being able to play have anything to do with the use. If I claimed it early then scum would know about it and potentially it could be entirely useless

I said they weren't first votes in general, not your first votes. What i meant is "why not throwing in some vote as early as possible, before 10 other people vote".
