2. then i saw fuji's comment saying that Ratchet is back btw
3. i thought he's supposed to be back so i didn't use it
4. turns out Ratchet's back because i did in fact use time turner and not because he's supposed to be back
5. so turns out i used it already and wasn't 100% aware of it
