no it doesn’t, and you know they gonna PK crew end of the series. The numbers you think matter would be destroyed by quality. And this is only current SHs by end of the series Zoro would be a top tier and not just your average top tier while Sanji would also be top tier so three top tiers in one crew and the rest would advance more in power and let’s not forget the grand fleet.

Sanji - Gaban
Jimbei - sunbell

Remaining sh are fodder, number matters there not quality.
Everyone has that quality on the top 3-4 positions

We had many references between Roger and Luffy during wano, one of them was him colliding with Kaidou for the first time using Haoshoku and Law commenting that they weren't touching, the same happened when Roger collided with WB Prime and Oden commented that they weren't touching colliding, the second is when Luffy and Kaidou share the skies and Yamato compares this to Roger vs Whitebeard, and the third and last is after the fight against Kaidou and their bath, which is almost identical to that of Roger's pirates...

Current Luffy >= Roger.

Luffy's exploits are a lot more well known by the general populace than Buggy's (cause he basically has none except for the mass breakout in Impel Down)

Roger would be K.O. for any attack from Luffy, Roger is failing to knock out a young Oden who couldn't even use COC coating, imagine defeating the current Luffy? This is impossible for Roger.
