It's possible, also seen Hawkins previous engagement with Sanji, but still hard to happen imo.
Hawkins has put himself in a really bad situation since the start of the raid when he snitched Drake (and by consequence showing no intent to help the alliance) and since then he did nothing else.
Anyway it's time for him to do something, and next chapter could be the right time.

For whom it can be, it probably will be a supernova yes. The SHs won't save Sanji imo, they have gotten their hands full, unless someone of the mid trio will interfere eventually.

It would be great if Hawkins finally does something again. Him helping Sanji would be a good way to reintroduce him and help the alliance. Although, I do not think that he is a huge germa fanboy, It's obvious that he knows them and he would also support the son of Judge.

Not sure if Oda would do that though, because Hawkins and Sanji vs Black Maria would be too much for her.
