Considering how Luffy performed against Cracker, pre Enma Santoryu Zoro, so without Asura, can't deal with a YC3.
And Zoro was trained by Mihawk and was probably stronger than Killer even before the TS.
Killer can't be comparable to that Zoro

Killer =< Daifuku seems logical
Fighting strong foes is. Killer did nothing in the NW, probably he has just fought fodders for two years.
His bounty is barely higher than his pre TS one while Kid went quite higher. This even tho the bigger your bounty is, the more difficult is to raise it.
His only feat is to have successfully used an attack that hits your opponent internally to hurt Kaido because he couldn't do anything against his scales.
Which is cool but just an usefull ability.

His bounty matters because it should reflect his achievements. Less than 40 million in two years is nothing, he went against the emperors.
And let's not forget how ruthless the Kid pirates are against civilians.
Zoro did the second effortlessly. They are air slashes with no CoA, not a big deal. BM lightings are just lightings, they shouldn't be stronger than Enel's ones. And I'm not talking about his best moves. Everybody tanked those in Skypiea.
