Nah, he wasn't trying until the 5th round. He threw like 5 punches leading up to rd 5, he wasn't even using his jab at all. He could have KOd him in round 1 if he wanted. Probably in the contract, or he wanted to give the audience a bit of a longer show, but most likely in the contract.
