Imo the biggest "what the fuck?" about these guidebooks was Hakuki, leader of the 6GG having lower leadership than fucking Gyou'un.

Shouheikun's case at least can be excused because he's hiding his potential in the shadows but Hakuki literally died with every state knowing everything he's capable of, that's when i stopped taking these numbers seriously lmfao.
