Smoker beat Luffy twice.
Better feats than anything Lolby has done.
Smoker went toe to toe with Vergo who was stronger than Sanji at the time and Lolby isn't even stronger than Punk Hazard Franky let alone Sanji.
When has it been implied Lolby has conquerors? That's just bullshit. Vergo had insane CoA haki that's what he was hyped for. Also Vergo knew Rokushiki techniques all Vice Admirals do.
Lolby has literally only beat fodders on panel and you're hyping him to be commander level how shit at powerscaling can you be?

No never. They just represent the people who will reform the marines after luffy takes out the cds and imu. Over a decade ago I thought Drake was going to be part of that. My theory was that Luffy was going to beat big mom and drake would defeat Kaidou but that didn't really play out that way. I guess oda read my notes and decide to change one piece.
I also thought eos would have Aokiji as fleet admiral and kobe as the main admiral. It can still happen but seeing as Aokiji is a double agent I don't think he will rematch Akainu like I thought. Oda also isn't portraying Akainu as a bad leader so there's a small chance he will remain the fleet admiral but seeing what he did to O'Hara citizens I don't know if I cam live with that.
