Witcher I can understand, they turned it into shite for the most part.
This trend of mercenary writers and producers adapting source material that they do not actually respect really needs to stop, same thing happened with D&D after Martin left, only on a bigger level.

That's because Space Marines were genetically created to be like that. They have double of organs of a regular human I think. They were specifically built for war and nothing else. There isn't many of them however.

However there are billions of humans that look basic
