What if Zoro looking like Shimotsuki Ushimaru is not enough reason to give his father sword?
What if Hiyori actually fell in love with Zoro? This is the reason why she so clingy to Zoro enough reason also to give the sword instead giving it his brother momonuske who she had a information that he was alive! enough reason why she gave the sword to a man that she only met in a short amount of time!
