I saw a theory on Twitter that said something about him feeding Ragnir some of his pop greens

But I don’t think that would be as satisfying narratively as him actually winning Ragnir over through bravery

I think Usopp will be responsible for saving the children by defeating the MMA’s and stopping the fire from destroying the library

Loki will likely drop Ragnir or be defeated somehow since he’s nerfed

And Ragnir will acknowledge Usopp

I think it’s because Usopp will embody Elbafs pride better than any other. Usopp has a way with words that leads to people following him.

It happened in syrup village, Ennies lobby, and dressrosa multiple times. As such I would not be shocked if Ragnir believes in usopps beliefs and decides to assists him temporarily. Then once Ragnir fully accepts Usopp it’ll be how oda shows that Usopp has truly become a brave warrior completing his dream

SHs won't achieve their Dreams by copying others,
If Loki is Most Worthy Giant in History of Elbaph, that makes him the guy living Usopp's Dream,
Usopp must Surpass him, not Copy his Feat,

He will Create a Weapon Superior than Ragnir imo, that's his EOS Feat,
Each SH will have Similar Feats (Ultimate Medicine, Ultimate Ship, Ultimate Technique, Ultimate Song, Ultimate Map ... etc)
Usopp's Part will be Creating Ultimate Weapon,

He can’t, he’s a literal fodder

generations of elbaf kings failed to conquer ragnir. Assop isn’t going to succeed.
That's because all those giants, like Haj, thought that they needed to go and seek ways to become stronger. Oda will pull a corny moment with Usopp when the squirrel recognizes that, despite being the weakest of creatures, he ventured in the most dangerous lands of the world, showing worth in face of the odds. Usopp will therefore befriend Ragnir, rather than overcome him like Loki and the giants before him did.
