This basically lol I also would love if he was the first logia awakening we would see but it doesn’t seem likely.

Crocodile was suffering from depression pre-skip.Will=strength.He was severely nerfed.Post-Impel Down Crocodile started dreaming about becoming pirate king again.He probably has awakening+good coo/coa and unlocked COC.Almost 2bi bounty needs to be backed up by a lot of muscle.Post skip Crocodile will be glorious.I hope Oda delivers.

Sure Croc’s df counters Aramaki’s, but that doesn’t make it the better fruit.

Ace’s fruit countered Aokiji’s, but Aokiji’s was still the superior fruit.

Croc is literally the walking definition of CoC, alongside akainu. Those two NEED to reveal CoC or I'll lose any hope of me understanding OP world building

He lost his dream vs whitebeard in the past. No dream = no haki. He got it back in the baroque works cover story where miss golden week helps everyone remember their childhood dreams and crocodile remembers he wants to be pirate king. After that in marineford he has haki

He dangerous enough that the world government enlisted him to become a Shichibukai very early. Fans are too caught up on what luffy did to crocodile that they forget who crocodile was beforehand. He was still a threat to the Marines and amongst his peers. Doflamingo had to do research on luffy after crocodile's defeat because he knows smoker didn't do it.
