adding someone's firepower count as a power up so by definition so Enma is a power up

Enma don't have a lot of Oden's Haki in it

but it's surly effected a bit by it's former master ... that's why Enma drain so much Haki ... cause it got use to Oden's beastly Haki

Enma sucks haki momentarily but it can't store it forever unless Oda genuinely wanted to make it invincible in that in such case the sword could suck haki from the entire world I mean.... unless Oda stopped this process all of a sudden in a convoluted way I mean.

I don't feel that's the case at all.

It can't store haki permanently, black blade also can't store haki after all. Enma is no black blade and a special sword but this principle is the norm in One Piece.

So Enma's AP is indeed weaker than Shusui's to our Current knowledge.

That makes sense and since Zoro can use it with minor problems now, Zoros Haki is just as beastly as Oden's

Enma is a power up but its Zoros own power

kenpachis eye patch nerfs him because he wants a good fight
when he takes it off thats his full power
his eyepatch has those things that eat his reiatsu

imo the eyepatch eats his spiritual energy...kenpachi is always releasing lot of it and when he needs it he can use all stored energy...thats how it is explained in anime...have to read the manga though

Iirc it’s not stored the eyepatch is meant to be a nerf so kenpachi can enjoy his battle
When he takes it off that’s him being serious and releasing his full power

Well I am talking about anime...haven't read early bleach...I will come back at you with manga info

No in the anime it is stated the eyepatch eats kenpachi's energy...and he can use that stored energy if he wants...it was made by mayuri....

How i see things:Enma emits excessive amounts of the user's haki.So it is a training tool for Zoro to Improve his haki mastery.Shushui>Enma because one is already a black blade and the other still needs to be forged into one!
Turning swords into black blades:each time the sword is embued with coa some of this coa strenghts the blade's composition,the final result of this is the complete blackneing of the blade!Enma does not use the coa that is slowly turning it into a black blade,it uses the users haki!As i see it Enma can turn into a black blade faster than other swords because of this unique property!I see Zoro turning Enma into a black blade in this fight,then recovering shushui and then turning Kuina's sword into a black blade!So when its time to fight Mihawk he has 3 black blades!
Kaido's reaction to Enma might prove this aspect of blades slowly getting strengthened with coa,he sensed Oden in the blade after all!

Enma doesn't store haki idk where the fans got this idea from. Enma works by forcing out users haki against their will to make stronger slashes. This is all enma does which pretty much forces you to have stronger haki and better haki control to use it efficiently. No oden haki isn't in emma his will is as stated swordsmen wills live on in the swords they had. This was oda clearly drawing a string between zoro and kaido. Oden wanted to beat kaido and open wano's borders which now falls to zoro but some fans just ignore this.

Yeah by 'Oden's haki' he might have meant that he's getting Oden vibes from the sword/situation.
