The biggest concern are both Zoro and Sanji not realizing. Luffy simply not saying is just Oda bullshit since Luffy HAS to be a haki master by now (like Zoro wasn't too).

Because both Zoro and Sanji recognized Luffy using it at Fishmen Island. And that oozing off is straight bullshit since no one ever said a shit about it in the whole series until now. And we had Kaido just confirming Luffy's CoC after he unconsciously used to prevent Kaido's subordinates to put a hand on him

Jokes aside, this is a classic example of Oda making gag more important than power scaling.
There have been countless threads about this, when the answer is clearly "is a gag because Zoro is stupid", just like the lunarians in egghead.

My point was only regarding the crewmates (bar Luffy and maybe Jinbe) not know that Zoro had conqueror's haki.
As far as crewmates are concerned, conqueror's haki is a just something knocking down fodder and an indication of great potential, that's about it. The first instances of it being actually used offensively by crewmates was Luffy on Kaido and Zoro on King, both of which happened in the absence of anyone else's viewpoint.

Of course Zoro not knowing what he was doing is retarded. Not only that, it contradicts the entire narrative in Wano. This is my take on Zoro not knowing he's a conqueror:

The entire point of the monologue with Enma and gaining KoH, was to unlocking his conqueror's haki willingly.

If the argument is that Zoro is unaware and can use conqueror's haki only through KoH mode intuitively. Then how did Zoro use advanced conqueror's on Lucci without KoH mode? What about the clash with Gandhi without KoH mode?
