In his Zoan Form, Queen has all 4 limbs.

Not always, some panels of his Brachiosaurus form keep the mechanical arm. It is probably just a drawing mistake, Oda has consistently made them with Queen (not only his arm; he keeps losing his moustache and getting it back. I mean, Oda forgot to draw it for two freaking pages). The man is a mess with the poor Calamity.
