General & Others How did the the world government logicize each Strawhats bounty?

Zoro - Apoo was one of the sources, apoo considered zoro a bigger threat than the other strawhats after defeating him
Jinbe - can sense when the tides are changing in the world (not literally) whitebeard - big mom - luffy, as well as working with one of the biggest threats to the wg government (fisher tiger)
Sanji - didnt do anything impressive from apoo or cp0's point of view
Robin - Duh
Usopp - Was said to have coc and defeated 2 tobiroppos
Franky, Brook and Nami - No clue
Chopper - Gag piece

Chopper - "pet" that can access the awakening of his Zoan fruit through chemicals he came up with, has enough medical intellect to nullify posions in minutes, slapped a Yonko commander around for a bit
- 1000 berry kek, get it?
LUffy - awakened the Nika fruit and is thus the biggest enemy of the WG, fought against Kaido solo for most of the raid
- Gets the same bounty as Kid/Law
Crocodile - for some reason is a competent NW fighter despite getting washed (literally) by pre-gears Luffy
- Higher bounty than 5th emperor Luffy
There's zero logic in the bounty system of this world. There never was.

Luffy Law and Kid together took down Kaido and Big Mom who have a combined total of 8.999 Billion so 9 Billion/3 = 3 Billion
Zoro and Sanji:
Oda subtracted the calamities bounties by 300 million it seems and made sure Zoro and Sanji had a smaller gap than King and queen
1.02 + .07 = 1.09 ->
1.032000000 (Sanji can be written as 32) + 0.068001100
= 1.100001100 (Zoros birthday is 11/11)
Jinbe - Unknown
Robin:
130 + 300 million boost with others = 430 Million + 500 Million boost for unknown reasons = 930 Million
The rest just got 300 million boost

Jinbei had already gotten his post Shichibukai bounty and it was revealed in Fishman Island being 400M
there is no 300M for F6, Jinbe and Franky and Robin, nobody else defeated a F6
Everybody saw Chopper fighting Queen and Chopper got that bounty
Nami and Ussop did nothing the entire arc
Zoro, Sanji and Franky got lower than their opponents
....
why am I even telling you this, can't you see how wrong it is yourself
there is no 300M for F6, Jinbe and Franky and Robin, nobody else defeated a F6
