Not this time probably. Kaido is just too massively durable. He would need to be extensively messed up to fall down to something low caliber like this haha.

Lets speculate

Some King Kong Gatling Gun spamm with Advanced CoC/CoA in Kaido new scar (again a new scar from Zoro. And also one of his own more powerful attacks (Kaido attack) will be deflected by Luffy into this new scar before the finishing move. The deflection scene could look like the one in Naruto vs A3 fight) and it will end him.
