By punching him real hard. He is the opposite side of Kaido, Kaido's will is to die, Luffy's will is to live life to its fullest.
Luffy's willpower > Kaido's willpower hence Luffy's CoC will surpass Kaido's one soon,
It's a battle of conquerors, whoever has the strongest willpower will win, so Luffy the L catcher will defeat Crydo of the 100 hostages.

Sanji in baratie wanting to stay in that lame ass restaurant was living his life to the fullest before he met Luffy? Robin sacrificing herself had the will to live life to its fullest? Kaido ? Suicidal. Oden ? Dancing naked in the street. Marines? Bunch of puppets. Law? Ready to die and abandon his crew to deal with Doffy.
That's living life to the fullest for most of the goddamn characters?

It's not that obvious presumably. Zoro is opponentless as of now and despite Luffy spelled that famous 'I got this' they were facing him together before Zoro would be messed up which causally triggered Luffy to spell those most likely. I would not pin so much confidence in this matter of honor because it's a bit shaky right now.
Let's see how things evolve. Besides, Yamato will presumably join the fight as well. If she isn't defeated soon Luffy is already not soloing Kaido unlike he seemed to infer he would have, so at that stage why not Zoro too to jump in and kick his ass after all.
