I mean theres a lot of ways the situation could play out, such as:

Situation where both Sanji and the opponent get to flex and the clash is inconclusive.

Situation where Sanji has a cool clash but is just straight outmatched and defeated by the opponent however the opponent acknowledges his strength.

Situation where Sanji stands his ground isn't really overwhelmed but isn't winning either. Can tell he's not going all out tho.

Situation where Sanji gets a conclusive Fight in which he defeats the opponent.

A Conclusive Group Fight Situation where multiple characters chime in however Sanji gets the Final Blow

Saturn Hype is through the roof..... but Sanji has some pretty broken abilities himself now
Sanji is extremely powerful now, that's true.

Saturn just seems like he's on a completely level

I wouldn't be surprised if Saturn compliments Sanji's strength like Doffy did

1. Oda has a history of making Sanji a hypetool.

2. Sanji already got good showing throughout Egghead so far, so if at the end he lose, it's balanced.

3. Luffy's fight is a tie, Zoro will win, so Sanji may lose.

4. Sanji has regen & healing. No matter how bad he lose, he is gonna be fine. There's no real consequences.
The other two have consequences, Luffy=Yonko vs Admiral showing, Zoro=his Baratie promise & earlier statement to Lucci.

So the most likely scenario is Sanji showing cool stuff, but lose normally, not too bad.

In fact, it is better for Sanji and Franky to lose badly. So Vegapunk can later modify & upgrade them.

This way, Franky & Sanji being there makes sense. As in, why not Sanji & Jinbe, the stronger duo, but Sanji & Franky, the science duo, who went with VP.

Probably loses in combat but beats Saturn in psychological warfare. Sanji is gonna do something that ruins Saturn's plan.
No please, that moment still haunts me. Jaya-Skypiea was the worst pre TS arc for Sanji, he was basically useless. He didn't meet Teach, he was having trouble with Noland's nerfed descendant, he needed help to defeat one of the weakest priest, and his big moment is that thing you posted. Sure, it was a decent plan and far better than anything Sanji came up with after the TS, but it didn't achieve anything on the long term and he still lost without even putting up a fight. Twice in a row.

Badass line and then back to his useless role, nothing compared to Sanji opening the gates of justice. I hate that arc. Saturn killing Sanji would be a better choice.

Sanji saves Usopp and destroys Enel's ego with that line lol? Sanji wasn't useless in Skypiea.

Sanji vs Cricket? Don't remember if Sanji struggled with him or not.
