imo not the entire island but chunk of the island. since we didn't see those big mountain Cliff.
plus we had sum kinda evidence about them buildings in Thriller Bark that looks like God Valley on Kuma's flashback
Other Evidence is so far as we know, Kuma only could warp to a place that he knew or saw. So thats probably a hint.

It would be a nice throwback if true, but I think it's hardly possible. Moria was 12 years old in the year of God Valley Incident and would just form his zombie army AFTER he was defeated by Kaido, 20 or so years ago (he met Dr. Hogback much later, as Cindry's death happened ten years before Thriller Bark Arc). Even if you consider that he could've collected the corpses and the island before that, people would still have plenty of time to check God Valley, specially considering that it was an island full of natural resources and coveted even by the WG, according to chapter #1095.
Xebec being Buggy’s dad is a popular theory.
This part has foreshadowing all over it. Blue haired, red clown nose, treasure box (wanted to retrieve his that S.Garling stole) and the same tongue pose that Buggy makes.
On top of that, the similiar parallels between Rocks Pirate and Cross Guild which is clown captain leading strong crews.
