Speculations How long has Apoo been a Beast Pirate informant?

#1
Is it possible that Apoo was a BP informant even before the TS? He seems pretty well-connected with the Numbers (who have been with Kaido for at least 20 years) given that he seems to be their leader/tamer. If I recall correctly, he also implied that he’s been to several Fire Festivals

I dont think so i think the numbers just look at apoo as someone who entertaining so they follow him just like one number look at franky as a shiny toy last chapter and apoo stated it once that hes been to kaido party plus i have no idea what a informant was doin on a Island with boars..... Pretty sure he join after that

Apoo was crying about the Numbers tho. He seems really attached to them for someone who has been in the crew for at most a year

Well, we've been told that once pirates enter the NW, they either fight Yonko or join them. The arrival in the NW is presented as a turning point during which weak minds choose submission and strong minds choose to resist and try to defy the odds. The SN entered the NW after the Paramount War, so I guess that's when Apoo joined Kaido.

I highly doubt Apoo was part of the Beasts Pirates before the timeskip, I believe Apoo joined the Beasts Pirates during the timeskip.
Maybe Kaido had him pretend to be an independent pirate captain, sort of like Drake with the Marines, just so that Apoo could meet up with powerful pirates and lure them into meeting Kaido.

I think just after invading Big Mom. Kaido would never have let him do such a thing
Maybe he wanted someone to gather info on Totland without getting BM’s wrath redirected towards himself

I just think it’s weird that Apoo seems to be the leader of the Numbers and have a personal connection to them if he’s only been in the crew for a year

Him attacking Totland could have been an order from Kaido so that they could gather intel on the BMP
It's a possibility but I doubt it, I'm pretty sure Apoo joined the Beasts Pirates after he ran away from Totto Land. Also there are better ways to gather intel on the BMP, the only thing we know that Apoo did was enter Totto Land and was then forced to flee.

If Kaido was going to gather intel on the BMP using Apoo he would have Apoo join the BMP, I'm guessing that after Apoo ran away from Totto Land he then at some point encountered the Beasts Pirates but this time instead of running away he decided to join.

I doubt it, many of Kaido's subordinates used to be pirate captains. I don't think Kaido is having Apoo pretend to be a pirate captain, also you are thinking way too much into this.

Apoo started his piracy in the first half of the Grand Line then entered the New World during the timeskip, and we know that according to Law in the New World you either join the Yonko's or go against them so when it comes to Apoo he ended up joining a Yonko.

Appo attacked Bigmom's territory at some point in the ts he probably did the same to Kaido as well
Little did he know that the beast pirates's are actually competent and will force him into joining
I actually think that Apoo willingly joined the Beasts Pirates instead of being forced.

Makes me wonder if there are other allies that Kaido has but we're not introduced to
