Hoenstly I think its going to happen in a chapter, but that chapter won't happen for another 4-6 chapters. Basically I think Marco will use some technique on Zoro, which speeds up his healing. He'll tell Zoro to chill for a few, but Zoro breaks out of the cast immediately to que a gag

Marco can also use a technique to directly heal others' wounds which he showed in WB's village. Though his flames aren't as effective on others as they are on him. If Sanji and someone else can hold King and Queen back for some time, then Zoro should be able to be healed quite a lot.
