I hope that for Erbaf alone 30-40 are enough, but with Oda all is possible.

But if he shows Shanks or what Is happening in Marijoa, then easily 50.

We are already entering the final fight sequence after all the flashback and stuff.
So around 30~40 chapters + end of arc lore drop.

You and I both know Oda loves unnecessarily stretching things out just for the sake of it sometimes

I'd be very surprised if the matchups truly kicked off within 5 chapters. Whenever we get to the "map" section of an arc it's just characters running around for a millennia before they actually hunker down and do anything serious
