I think besides Luffy and Zoro anyone else that isn't already "Yonko level" reaching yonko level no guarantee

- vastly improve his physical stats
- completely master his df with no stamina draw back
- master both CoA and CoO

Kidd needs
- any pu that doesn't completely rely on him needing metal
- adcoc and at least 1 other advanced haki
- increasing his physical stats

Complete mastery(stamina mainly) of their awakening and one more power up should push them to that level imo. Master the DF power offpanel and get another power up vs Admirals EoS is my guess

As you read further you come to realize that yonko level isn't a thing use for strength but a title for any great pirates who were infamous for not only being powerful but they also have fleets and territories in their name to have the public recognize them.
