well, he's not because you know he is the only person who knows Poseidon besides Robin and Neptune... so he might sell this knowledge to the more benefical person to him.
Why he didnt tell Kaido what he knows though. He chose to be in Udon instead of working for him or giving him that information? Its out of character for him.
