he must play a role in elbaf. it is reasonable to expect him within the next 10 chapters. i could see him already in the next. i would say he will atleast be mentioned within the next 3 chapters. maybe there is numerology i am not aware of, but the proponents of such arguments didn't have much luck lately. what say you?

for reference, the latest a supernova (that ends up being central to the arc) was introduced, was Bege in WCI (32 chapters after the arc begins), and the 2nd latest is kid in wano (15 chapters after wano begins properly, 21 chapters including the reverie). So we could still have a long time ahead of us if it's on the bege end of the spectrum, I think how fast the bonney stuff was set up in egghead might have set unfair expectations for the urouge plotline
but my guess? the closer loki is to being free, and us having to confront what he means by 'i'm the sun god', and all the religious ideas set up through the sun god, god's knights, the land of gods in road's lego world (interesting to note harald's likely real life inspiration ties into all of that too lol), the more urouge becomes relevant to the plotline because he's designed with religion in mind- all the buddhist aspects to his character (the naginata on his ship, japamala beads, the usage of 108, the fact oda said he'd be from india irl, etc.) + his real life namesake being a religious pirate
so im betting in like 10-15 more chapters, cause unless oda is stepping on the gas this arc i think we're still gonna be setting up the real conflict for the arc for like 10 more chapters

I don't think that Urouge will appear anytime soon. We don't know what his main goal is, but, based on the SBS's and his most recent actions (e.g.: he went to WCI and apparently didn't get any poneglyph), he's probably out of the One Piece's race.
He'll probably only appear at the final war IMO. Urouge will probably join the Grand Fleet/"allied forces" due to Vegapunk's transmission.
