Shanks isn't gonna have a big arc for him cuz he is alley it will be something like zou around 20 chapters , also the same with elbaf it could be another zou , or both shanks& elbaf in one small arc .

Depends on whether chapter 1000 signifies the end of the arc or a major highlight really.
I mean we are on 38 chapters right till the millenium mark? I can somewhat see Oda squeezing an entire arc's worth of fights in around 30 chapters (wasn't the whole of MF around 33 or thereabouts?) Even though I much prefer a longer extended arc.

Hard to say. Depends on how much time Oda dedicates to a potential raid failure and the final battle.
So in that instance;
-10-15 chapters on the planned assault which fails.
-End Act 3.
-Act 4 begins.
-Act 4 last 40 chapters, the bulk of the focus going to the Calamity battles and Kaido/Big Mom
-Act 4 ends.
-Act 5 begins.
-Act 5 last 5-10 chapters.
So anywhere between 55 to 65 chapters, imo. And based on Oda's current release schedule, that means Wano should end somewhere in the later half of 2021. There's an indeterminate amount of flashback chapters left, so it could be even more, though I doubt by much.
So in that instance;

Then there's the real war against the Beast Mom Pirates and taking down Orochi. With the Numbers, Tobi roppo, Calamities, the BMP, Orochi gang... There will be fights. And since Luffy's fight will surely be longer than the fight against Katakuri. If there is no off-panel this war will last at least 40 chapters (Act 4).
And once they're defeated. There'll be at least another ten chapters to conclude the arc (Act 5).

80 chapters atleast I don't think this a Kaido arc rather a Rox saga Kaido might or might not be defeated here but Xbeck and Shiki will come back and the Rox pirates will be making a return again and the story will continue to another arc maybe Elbaf and the alliance of Luffy + marine + Giants will beat them.
I don't trust Oda's time estimation anymore than anyone do, but he seem pretty consistent these last couple of years that he will finish it pretty soon. So even though it breaks my heart - he may include a lot of these things in the same arc/arcs. Though I will be damn mad if even never see Elbaf, seeing as that have been hyped since volume 13. But he could do BB vs Strawhats at the same time as the war against the WG. And Shanks could be a part of that too. Hopefully he is damn wrong about his schedule again, and One Piece will run until 2035, at least. :)
