And have Haki several tiers above scabbards whose Haki can harm Kaido to simply Hold Enma and not die

or you may be able to withstand it
people with coc have strong will power but thats not exclusive
people without coc can have strong madates as well i.e law , aokiji etc
Theres no proof oden raised the standards for using enma and zoro pushed it further . that is headcanon . if you disagree?
