Luffy and Zoro are close in terms of CoC but not CoA

It doesn't mean Luffy's Haki reserves suddenly boosted to Zoro level
Plus I doubt Luffy can control his Ryou good enough to win tug of War of Haki with Enma, forcefully pull his Ryou back.
But Enma literally does the same thing, pulling Haki in huge swathes but much more than Gear 4th which shows through results.
Gear 4th couldn't even tickle Kaido

Are you reading the same manga or not? Did you see any note worthy fighter try using it? A bunch of low tier and mid tier fighters don’t have a chance which is what Wano is filled with. If enma was handed to the likes of Vista and decent swordsmen they would have been able to handle it far better than wano fodders.
calling me Sanjitard when I trashed him in another thread lol talk about being dumb. Again someone on Sanji’s level can handle enma far better than Wano fodders. Furthermore, the manga showed how inconsistent it’s when enma pull out the haki of its user, it happens when the plot demands it and doesn’t when the plot don’t need it.
