Seems like you would have added those panels in this thread if they existed, but sure, I’M the one going off headcanon. The manga only ever says that Orochi set him up for execution, never alludes to him being the one who did the deed. FOH with this, man.

Zoro would negs diff Orochi no cap. But if he does indeed broke a sword against Orochi then it should be the Sandai Kitetsu since it's far too weak from the other swords at this point. And then Zoro will receive Nidai later on.
