How many top tier, duelling "monsters" are in China right now?

So for the sake of argument, I'm going to define a monster as being Moubu, Man'U, Renpa, Gaimou. In the past you would include Kanmei, Ouki and co. Stat wise, you're looking at 97 and above if you are into them.

How many do you believe are in China right now given that we've not seen all that the country has to offer?

Might as well get two additions out of the way and predict Kouen and possibly Shibashou. But beyond that?

Personally I think atm we'll likely have;

Qin: Moubu
Chu: Man'U and possibly Kouen
Wei: Gaimou
Han: None
Zhao: I predict none but maybe SBS.
Yan: I think they will have one for sure.

Obviously, Shin, Ouhon and Kouyoku are not far.

That quote has always interested me too. Unfortunately I think it's probably just a generalised statement without too much thought in it. I'd love it if there was a legendary spear user in China, though.

I wish Hara would spent more time, building the world away from Qin.

Qin: Moubu, Tou, yotanwa, SHK, and possibly.. Rankai.
Wei: Gaimou, and.... Yea

I'd bet on Tou with his 96 + S-rank experience in a duel, than Moubu with his 100 & A-rank experience.

A superior dueling monster has more factors to involve just raw stats of their fighting prowess.

It refers to all states, not just the center states. The distinction is basically between Central Plains and areas like Ganmon aka the "mountain realm" up north.

Zhao: Shibashou (prediction), tho not to look down on Bananji/SBS numero 1, popular belief is that SBS is a beast martially, so him over them.
Chu: Renpa, Man'u, Kouen (prediction), Sentoun after them
Wei: Gaimou

Yan/Han/Qi we don't know about them yet. Chu is gonna have a many more powerhouses, being a superstate, and with Karin/Rien finally making use of their entire resources

Seems to be the sub of the General, but yeah I agree. He's going to be a beast. Then again, Zenou is a monster and 'only' a 93. There's also Ordo's newest Sub, who towers over him more than Kanmei did.
