Questions & Mysteries how much are you certain that Shinobu is the traitor? :D and why ?
I don't think so. We haven't seen him in the current timeline so he can't give out infos that he doesn't have to orochi.
I think the alliance (minus the scabbards in wano) already knows who the traitor is, they probably have been warned by neko, law or a someone else. And they set up a plan to make orochi and the traitor believe all is going according to their plans.

1. Jack used a Vivre card to get to Zou but he had no idea where Raizo was but was 100% certain he was there. Only people who could have known about the Zou plan was the jumpers Kinemon, Kanjuro, Raizo and Okiku.
2. If Jack or the Beast Pirates had the Vivre card for a while, why didnt they attack sooner since 2 of the scabbards rule the place? This further rules out Ashura Doji and Kawamatsu as the traitor.
3. The Vivire card likely belonged to Neko or Inu and Okiku was the only one who stayed behind in Wano. Kanjuro was captured in Dressrosa. He could have spilled the beans but it doesnt explain the Vive Card unless he gave Orochi the card before jumping through time.
Okiku is still the #1 suspect, Kanjuro being the 2nd and Denjiro being 3rd by default.

not necessary , Shinobu and Raizo were in the same Ninja group to be honest i think she was the one who rejected him , they might have a vivre card of him from the past.

another possibility they knew while chasing them that their destination was Zou , the same way BMPs knew the destination of the strawhats was Zou, and some like the yonkos have resources , it is not impossibile to get their hands on a vivre card . BM has pekoms as a subordinate , there is a mink in the revos , a mink in Law's crew , a mink in Hawkins crew, so it will not be impossible that Kaido has a mink in his crew as well.
