Sanji got Exoskeleton and IJ

Luffy might get awakening, that's one more than the others, but he's the MC so it's justified and I don't see how it's any different from Enies Lobby where Luffy got G2 and G3

How are Luffys power ups an asspull?

He got ACoA which he trained for and was taught. He just improved on something he already knew with help.

He got ACoC because he watched Kaido use it. Luffy already had CoC and he specializes in it so he was able to mimic what Kaido did. We also know haki blooms in extreme situations.

I don’t see how either of those are an asspull.

Zoro got a cursed sword that forced him to use his full potential effectively causing him to unlock ACoC when it’s been hinted that he’s had CoC since Sabaody. It makes since new sword drawing out his latent abilities + haki bloom.

How is it that Sanjis power up is the only one that makes sense to you? I can complain about how Sanji wearing the RS causing his Germa genes to unlock makes absolutely no sense because it doesn’t but I don’t.
